Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Clippers HQ. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account and all activity under it. One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

3. Content Ownership

All clips you submit must be original content or content you have explicit permission to clip and distribute. We are not responsible for copyright claims arising from content you submit. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to display, distribute, and track it on the platform.

4. Earnings and Payouts

Earnings are calculated based on verified view counts at the campaign's CPM rate. A platform fee of 9% (4% for referred users) is applied to payouts. Payouts require a minimum of $10 and are subject to verification and fraud checks. We reserve the right to withhold payouts if fraud is detected. Payout processing times may vary.

5. Prohibited Activities

Purchasing or faking views, likes, comments, or engagement
Creating multiple accounts
Submitting clips you do not own or have rights to
Manipulating the tracking or earnings system
Using bots, automation, or artificial means to inflate metrics
Harassment of other users, admins, or staff

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban, suspend, or terminate accounts for violations of these terms at our discretion, with or without notice. Earnings from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost earnings, platform downtime, third-party service issues, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to hold Clippers HQ and its operators harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

9. Communications

By creating an account, you explicitly consent to receive:

Transactional emails (clip approvals, payout notifications, account updates)
Campaign alert emails when new campaigns are launched
Campaign alert messages via Discord direct message (DM) when new campaigns are launched
Platform announcements and updates

You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting support. Transactional emails related to your account activity cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

10. Data Usage

By using the platform, you consent to collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved via email communication first at noreply@clipershq.com. If unresolved, applicable international law governs these terms.

13. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.
